look u can use this software to move start button and systray along taskbar but this is more for fun.. [link]

Unfortunately there is no way to move start button in the middle BUT u can do this trick..Download a Shortcut that Opens the Start Menu in Windows and place it whereever u want on yr desktop,even pin it in the middle of yr taskbar and then with start killer app u can remove default start orb so u can have only the new one ;)
